room 19 maths

In maths I have been working on Geometry - measuring Angles. I have done a Hexagon matching puzzle, Name angle measuring art, Protractor golf, and a beginners measuring angles activity. This is a photo of my name angle art. For this piece of work I had to write my names using a ruler, and using straight lines. Then we had to measure the all the angles in our name using protractors. I found this tricky because sometimes there were so many angles to measure it got confusing. tricky because most of the angles that were right angles but some were off by 2 degrees. Easy to rule my name. Easy as soon as I understood how to measure angles using the protractor. Next time I could try get the angels right and not wrong by 1 or 2 degrees.

this year in room 19 mrs graham read us the novel Kensuke's kingdom and she told us we had to go on google slides and make a world map of what places they went using transitions                                                          take a look at my world map:)

we were doing a activity about key competences so I looked at the board to see who I was budded up with and it said Dylan so I went to him and mrs graham told the class to dicid who was A and who was B so we did paper scissors rock and so I was A and Dylan was B and mrs graham gave everyone that was B a white board and marker than gave everyone that was A a piece of paper that had a dog on it I had to explain to Dylan what to draw just not tell him what he is drawing it was a little bit hard to explain but you should try it out to.
